Disclaimer: This is a simplified version for easy understanding. The official LG Terms & Conditions shall prevail in all cases.


1. Installation


  • Installation will be arranged after payment confirmation and site assessment.

  • LG reserves the right to determine installation suitability.

  • Additional charges may apply for:

  •  Extra piping or wiring

  •  Booster pump (for water purifier if required)

  • Customers must not relocate the appliance without prior approval.


2. Ownership Structure


  • Subscription Plan:

  Appliance remains under LG ownership throughout the subscription period.

  Ownership is transferred only after full payment of the subscription term.


  • Outright Purchase:

  Ownership is transferred immediately upon full payment.


3. Maintenance & Warranty


 •  Regular maintenance (including filter replacement where applicable) is provided based on the selected plan.

 • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.


Warranty does not cover:


 •  Any misuse, negligence, or improper handling

 •  Unauthorized repair, modification, or relocation

 •  Environmental factors (e.g. water quality, voltage fluctuation)

 •  Normal wear and tear


4. Payment Terms (Subscription)


 • Monthly subscription fees are billed automatically.

 •  Customers must ensure sufficient balance for payment.


If payment is overdue (≥4 months):


 • Maintenance services may be suspended

 •  Appliance may be repossessed

 •  Remaining subscription balance may become immediately due



5. Cancellation & Refund Policy


 •  Full refund is only applicable if cancellation is made **before installation**.

 •  After installation:

     •  No return or refund for non-defective products

 •  Early termination:

     •  Customer is required to pay the remaining subscription balance in full



6. Relocation Policy


 • Free relocation may be provided (limited to selected products and conditions).

 • Unauthorized relocation will:

     •  Void warranty

     •  Result in additional service charges


7. Service Limitations


 •  LG is not liable for:

   •  Damage caused by improper usage

   •  External environmental factors

   •  Third-party interference


8. General Terms


 •  Terms are subject to change by LG without prior notice.

 •  This agreement is governed by Malaysian law.
